Your role

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help build a new and ambitious recruiting function. Your main responsibility is to drive an efficient recruitment process to ensure Nouryon’s continuous supply of top talent. In addition to working closely with your TA team, you will also work with recruitment managers to help uphold best practices. You will drive processes from start to finish and work pro-actively to build an excellent candidate network. Furthermore, you will contribute with ideas and suggestions on different sourcing strategies and channels. You will also work and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and HR Operations team and you report to Talent Acquisition Manager Nordics.

Main responsibilities:

·      Optimize and develop the various steps in a recruiting process, including developing ads, interview templates, and job descriptions

·      Drive and ensure a top-quality recruiting process and collaborate with recruiting managers

·      Build a network of qualified candidates

·      Pro-actively work to attract the right candidates by using various recruiting channels and networks, including social media and industry network.

·      Contribute to optimizing and enhancing the candidate experience

·      Conduct training workshops for leadership on talent acquisition and interview techniques

·      Additional administrative tasks related to internal recruiting system

Your background

To establish yourself successfully in this role, we believe that you already have a couple of years’ experience within recruiting. Perhaps you are already working in a broad HR role and find recruiting to be the most fun part. Alternatively, you might already be working for a consulting firm or inhouse. We prefer it if you have an academic background combined with experience in recruiting tools and digital platforms. Since Nouryon is an international company, it is also very important that you communicate effectively in both Swedish and English (written/verbal).

We are looking for someone who is curious for change and a doer by nature. You like to challenge the status quo and have a great sense for getting others to join you. You are structured and communicate in a trustworthy and engaging manner. You have a great ability to guide and challenge recruiting managers in the process. Other valued characteristics include drive and ambition to accomplishing goals and targets.

You should also be comfortable working in an ambiguous and continuously changing environment.
