Job Description
For our global customer in banking and finance we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will join a dedicated global Talent Acquisition team responsible to deliver comprehensive support to the customers managers in making sure that the right talent is hired. The team consisting of eight colleagues in the tech cluster, all dedicated on helping our tech area to grow in the appropriate way. In this role your main focus will be dedicated to leading the full recruitment cycle for various tech positions: from identifying business needs and creating a sourcing strategy, to find, attract, close and onboard a new employee. The roles you will be working with will be of large variety and consisting of everything from developers to senior management positions. Furthermore, you will be responsible to lead our internal data related recruitment's globally such as data scientist, data engineers & data stewards. You will also work closely with the business cluster to drive and support other initiatives that drive business results.

You are also a strong team player with excellent cooperation skills and ability to work cross in an international setting. Preferably, you have worked with executive cases and are comfortable with an agile way of working.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start immediately, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-07-26, with possible extension.
