Talent Acquisition Specialist with Product and Tech focus

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mentimeter you will be part of the team that makes sure we have the right people on board at the right time while growing at a fast pace. For this particular role we are looking for a specialist that will focus on our product team growth - recruiting people within for example development, user interface design, user experience and product management.
At Mentimeter, our hiring managers are responsible for the “what”-part of the recruitment (identify needs, create recruitment ads, create cases, conduct most of the interviews, evaluation of candidates etc) while Talent Acquisition is responsible for the process and timeline and acts as recruitment experts and sounding boards.

Role responsibilities:
Work closely with our product team to forecast, act proactively and deliver on their specific recruitment needs.
Hands on recruitment tasks including:
Screen candidates
Conduct introduction interviews
Support hiring teams when making the first selection
Coordination and booking of interviews
Working with sourcing and inbound recruitment
Take ownership of the recruitment process for each candidate, from the first contact, through the interview stages, throughout offering and closing of a contract.
Make contact with ideal candidates (both headhunt and contact people who applied) and ensure they fall in love with the role and the opportunity to join Mentimeter. To represent our core values and culture when in contact with candidates.
Coordinating and communicating with all internal stakeholders in the hiring processes.
Support in educating our hiring managers and hiring teams in developing their recruitment skills, such as interview- and awareness/bias training.
Apart from the ordinary daily tasks of a recruiter you will also participate in initiatives and projects related to Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding and Candidate Experience.

Requirements:
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in working in the tech industry, with recruitment of roles within tech and product, or as a technical recruiter. It is a plus if you have in-depth knowledge about the tech-industry and have built a strong network that provides value for you when looking for candidates.
Have been working with recruitment from start to finish:
Recruiting a variety of roles and seniority levels within product/tech
Outbound recruitment - i.e finding promising candidates by actively searching, publishing ads, head hunting etc
Inbound recruitment - i.e creating opportunities for candidates to find our company by building awareness and engagement
Have been using tools and systems for recruitment
