Qliro is growing and are in constant need of new members to our team, and this is where you come in! With this new role you will have a great opportunity to create, shape and develop an attractive place to work, build a robust candidate pipeline and future resource planning in close cooperation with our Workforce manager as well as with the rest of the Operations Management team!

What you’ll do:

- Search & support Customer Operations in the process of identifying and acquiring skilled workers (WOW'ers) for all Nordic countries
- Be responsible for creating & developing an attractive future resource planning, in close cooperation with our Workforce manager and developing a robust candidate pipeline
- Join and recruit your future colleagues and be a part of building a great Operations Team
- Be responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within Operations
- Be responsible for creating and generating a WOW journey for our new “Qliroers" as well as our customers
- Be a part of Operations future development - work proactively and agile
- Provide recommendations on development of Qliro’s processes based on own observations and reflections
- Work to support Qliro's mission in diversifying our company’s labor force and Employer branding
- Last but not the least - spend your days working with great people from all the Nordic countries


We believe you:

- Can take the necessary actions to adapt and work agile to meet our future needs and growth
- Are a strong contributor to create WOW in our employee and customers journey
- Are structured, flexible, engaged and have great communication skills
- Have great experience from customer service, preferably in E-commerce, banking or finance
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Office-package


- Fluent in English and Swedish, knowledge in other Nordic languages is meritorious


You will be a part of Operations Excellence Team and work closely with Qliro's People team. The employment will be based at Qliro’s headquarters in Stockholm.

Type of employment: Full time in a combination of Talent Acquisition Specialist and Operations Resource with other duties within Operations and Qliro.

Or part time working only with Talent Acquisition Specialist.
