Job Description
Now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to our global client’s Tech Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting time! New consumer behaviors and rapid tech development will continue to transform how and when people shop. The group is continuing to integrate the physical stores with the online platforms. They want to release the power of people, data, and technology. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead the team of 12-14 Talent Acquisition Specialists. The team is together responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding global tech talents to Business Tech. As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead you will be responsible of leading the operational work of the team. You work with an agile mindset and leadership and contribute to an including and an inspirational work environment. The team you will be part of are highly skilled and will give all to create a great candidate experience, always challenging status quo. It is a TA team with a lot of different skills, backgrounds, and knowledge so you will be able to really broaden your horizon and learn from your team members. In your role you will also work close with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the other Team Leads with the overall planning and strategy for the area. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and other TA teams. You will work close to the leaders within the domain you are supporting to make sure that your team support the needs.

In order to succeed in this role, we want you to have great leadership experience working in a global TA organization. You are confident in yourself and accustomed to working with experienced managers. You have great experience leading teams and is known for your servant leadership skills and your excellent stakeholder relations. Our global client is in a period of transformation with the goal of building a new TA model for large-scale recruitment globally in parallel with their daily deliveries at fast pace. Therefore, it is important that you can contribute with stability to the team and empower your team members to succeed in their daily deliveries. You are professional, communicative, flexible, service-minded and business minded. You are updated on the talent landscape on a global market.

Salary
As agreed.

Admission and Application
