Normative is looking for a Talent Acquisition/People Specialist
At Normative we are creating the norm for carbon accounting by providing intelligence to companies to reduce their climate footprint. The role
Our team is growing and we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist that can find, assess, hire and support the right people within Business to join our mission. You will join a growing People-team of 6, report to the Head of People and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the commercial managers in growing their teams, with a lot of focus on the UK but also our hubs in Sweden and Denmark.
Apart from talent acquisition, this role also includes supporting employee related questions as a first line HR-support, help out with administration and work with focus on supporting our UK-team. The mission and ways of working in Normative attracts truly skilled people, and what we need to be better is communicating what we do, and how we have an actual impact on the world's biggest problem. Therefore you will be a part of initiatives that improve the recruitment process and the candidate experience.
What you will do:
- End-to-end recruitment within Business Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and HR
- Partner up with team leads as an advisor and project lead recruitments if needed
- Find new ways to attract the best talent and to continue build Normatives Employer Brand
- Maintain a strong candidate experience
- Support in building scalable recruitment structures and processes
- Work with HR-related employee questions and add to our HR-supportdesk
We think you will be a good match if you:
- Have experience from working with UK recruiting or employee questions (knows labour law and standards) - preferably in a UK company
- Have experience from end to end recruitment in business roles (sales, marketing, HR, customer success) with at least 1 years focus on sourcing,
- Have a passion for great candidate experience where you always look for new ways to improve the process
- Are fully fluent in English

Location:
We believe you are living in the Stockholm area or possibly remote in Sweden but can travel to Stockholm for a couple of times per month - we do work with a flexible remote approach but want to meet from time to time
