What will you do?
Working across our growing Nordics business has never been more exciting than now.

As a Talent Advisor, Nordics you will work with managers, our people and HR to develop the capabilities we need to be successful as we way to reshape the future of public transportation. You’ll work on lots of different projects and priorities impacting our colleagues and business across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

You’ll be a key member of the Talent team and lead on projects covering L&D, Talent and D&I. You'll be reporting to Talent Director, Nordics and be based in Stockholm on a hybrid working basis, with a minimum of three days per week in our offices. Occasional travel across the Nordics maybe needed.

Your key responsibilities?
Learning & Development owner working with our managers, employees, global colleagues and HR contacts. You’ll support the cluster with L&D process and creation of local training solutions.
As Alstom University Champion key contact, you’ll help people to access the development they need, and promote the solutions available in our ambition to be a learning organisation.
As mandatory training lead you’ll ensure the training actions are communicated and reported regularly as well as identify actions needed to ensure the completion of the training.
You will own on-boarding including the development and delivery of our induction process and welcome days.
You’ll be the off-boarding process owner, developing our exit interview process, and using the data to identify improvements to improve retention.
Working closely with the Talent Manager, you’ll support the annual People Management Cycle, developing communications and training to help managers and employees have robust performance and development discussions
You’ll be a D&I champion and partner with D&I contacts to help develop and deliver our annual D&I agenda.
Provide employee engagement specialist support to the delivery of our annual employee survey, as well as the results communications and most importantly the action planning to improve the employee experience.
Own the reporting for Talent, L&D, Engagement and D&I for the cluster, producing insight and identifying improvement actions
You’ll lead on other talent projects aligned to our people strategy

Who are you?
Strong specific experience across HR areas including L&D, Employee Engagement, D&I and Talent Management.
Experience of working within a complex organisation in Sweden or another Nordic Country (Denmark, Finland or Norway)
Strong communication, project management, problem solving and planning skills.
Previous experience of improving processes, complex data and reporting, producing insight and demonstrating high attention to detail.
Proven ability to influence others, collaboration and cross functional working.
Self starter and proactive, ambition to learn and develop.
English & Swedish at fluent level is mandatory for this role.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
