Kvalifikationer
- You have several years of experience in a TA role where you take ownership of the whole hiring process from sourcing to making offers
- You are used to owning and driving the relationship with hiring managers, hiring teams, leaders and other important company stakeholders: you know how to advise and support them in various situations regarding hiring and staffing
- You have worked at fast paced tech companies and know how to attract and hire tech talents
- You have a strong passion for social/community recruitment and making a workplace more diverse and inclusive
- You are familiar with the principles of agile hiring
- A broad network of connections within the tech community in Sweden and globally is a plus
- Knowledge of how to source talents from various social and tech platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, Meetup, etc.) is a plus

Job Description
To our client who is a car manufacturer, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition that have several years of experience in a TA role where you take ownership of the whole hiring process from sourcing to making offers. In this role, you will actively support hiring managers and hiring teams to identify, attract and hire talented people. You will play an important part in helping shape customers future by working together with many stakeholders across the company. Together with the hiring managers, you will develop a holistic approach to sourcing where you will identify the perspectives and skills we need to strengthen in our team, building pipelines and engaging with communities of talents from the ground up. With a strong emphasis on making the candidate experience a great one, you will own the pre-selection phase: you will source and connect with talents, review applications and usually be the first person people meet. You will take care of the closing part of the hiring process and when needed facilitate hiring discussions. Our TA Coordinator will support you with all coordination-related tasks. Your contribution will be essential to help us execute the TA roadmap and strategy, which will result in supporting the customers growth goals. For the coming months, you will be recruiting for a variety of roles, mainly tech openings in the engineering and product teams.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
40h/week. The position is expected to start ASAP. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Stockholm.
