The Role: In this position you will be the central line of support for the Recruitment Team. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with Recruiters, Human Resources, and Hiring Managers, as well as candidates and third party vendors to ensure a seamless and efficient recruiting process. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced/startup environment and has the desire to grow their career in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.
What you’ll do as Talent Coordinator:
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate complex and high-volume interviews
Provide consistent communication to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Create and manage offer documentation
Initiate background checks for new hires
Process internal promotions and transfers
Support stages of the recruitment process: generating and closing requisitions, posting job descriptions, inputting candidate data, running reports
Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives to improve the candidate and new hire experience
What you’ll bring to the Talent Coordinator role:
1+ years of professional experience working within a fast paced environment in a similar role
Prior experience in a recruitment or HR related role is desired
Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail
Collaborative with high touch communication
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, prioritise tasks effectively, resolve challenges independently, and desire to learn new skills
