The role
Are you passionate about providing impactful HR support in a dynamic tech environment? We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to cover a maternity leave for one year. You will play a crucial role in supporting Etraveli Group’s Technology Department, based in Gothenburg.
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the tech organization, offering guidance on a wide range of HR topics in day-to-day operations.
Collaborate closely with managers to ensure alignment on business goals and HR strategies.
Work with the HR team and stakeholders to drive both operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of annual HR processes, including Performance Management, Rewards & Compensation, Talent Retention, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
You will collaborate with our Tech TA Specialist, who will report directly to you, and provide support with various aspects of recruitment when needed.
The team
You will work closely with a growing HR team in Sweden, made up of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialists and HR Operations. As part of the Swedish organization, you'll have amazing colleagues a few hours away, located in Uppsala and Stockholm, and enjoy close collaboration with our highly skilled HR teams across the globe.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
Proven track record of delivering HR support, ideally in an international setting.
Good knowledge of the Swedish labor law.
Strong understanding of what comes with strong business growth and the ability to step in where required.
Experience of working at a Tech company is meritorious.
Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
