All about the role:
To drive and deliver our Global Talent agenda across Europe and APAC/MEA, we are looking for a business-savvy, analytical, and data-driven talent development manager, who can effectively showcase their expertise and ability to create execution strategies building leadership benches, succession planning, strategic workforce development, and large-scale capability building initiatives across an assigned talent segment.
You will be critical in supporting our leadership teams to develop talent depth and strengthen succession for leadership and critical roles within the enterprise by partnering with senior leadership and HR business partners to accelerate the growth of diverse top talent and successors.


What you’ll do:
You will provide thought leadership, guidance, and support on strategic development initiatives and services including Talent Management, Learning and Development programs, Succession Planning, Leadership and Executive Development, Performance Management, internal mobility programs, Early Careers Engagement, Coaching, and Culture and Change Leadership and build and facilitate robust development plans within your talent scope.
You will co-create a contemporary succession planning process that ensures both leaders and potential leaders can successfully transition to new roles while minimizing the impact on the organization.
You will co-facilitate development programs like stretch assignments, Talent Growth Marketplace, and talent mobility across talent segments.
You will partner with HR partners and leaders to conduct deep-dive talent reviews and action plans to identify critical roles, succession strength, top talent, and future leaders.
You will work with the business leaders and HR business partners to identify and resolve organizational and skills development needs opportunities in your segment.
You will own the roll-out of the global learning programs at regional level and if needed provide regional learning solutions and participate in enhancing existing training program materials for your assigned talent scope.
You will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall Learning agenda, e. g. Training Policy, Training Statistics, and Administration.
You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR teams to ensure an integrated talent management and development process as well as an exciting employee experience.



Who you are:
Strong Business Acumen. Use your knowledge of economic, market, and industry trends to understand and improve individual, work group, and/or organizational results; use your understanding of major business functions, industry trends, and Electrolux’s position to contribute to effective Talent Management strategies and/or tactics.

Initiating and maintaining strategic relationships and co-creation activities with stakeholders and potential partners inside and outside Electrolux Group (e.g., customers, peers, cross-functional partners, external vendors) who are willing and able to provide the information, ideas, expertise, and/or influence needed to advance understanding of business issues and achieve business goals.
Customer-focused. You ensure that your key stakeholders’ perspective is a driving force behind Talent Management strategic priorities and, program & process implementation decisions; crafting and implementing service practices that meet Electrolux Group leadership and talent management needs; promoting and operationalizing customer centricity as a value.
Results Driven. You set high goals for yourself and your team and use measurement methods to monitor progress; you work tenaciously to meet or exceed goals while deriving satisfaction from that achievement and continuous improvement.
Analytical and Data-Driven. You are comfortable analyzing people data to review patterns impacting leadership effectiveness and engagement and derive conclusions on how to strengthen leadership bench strength. Use internal and external data to derive conclusions on talent management priorities aligned with business priorities.



Qualifications:
At least 10+ years of experience in a Talent Management discipline or as HR Business Partner for a multinational organization
Experience with building or delivering the following: Talent Planning, Organizational Development, Training Needs Assessment, Talent Reviews and Succession, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, Career Mapping, Onboarding Effectiveness, Internal Talent Mobility, Change Management, Coaching, Early Careers, Team Effectiveness, Talent Assessment, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion Programs, enterprise-wide learning and leadership development programs
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Workday and Cornerstone HRMS is a plus
Excellent English communication skills
