The People & Change organization is a united team of high impact HR professionals providing strategic HR advisory and operational HR support services in three main functions; Business Advisory, HR Specialist Advisory and HR Support Services. Talent Supply & Development at Tele2 is a specialist function focused on Diversity and Inclusion, Talent development, Performance Management, Succession management, Employee engagement and Talent Acquisition.
We are now looking for a highly skilled individual with extensive experience within Talent Management to join our team.

In this role your mission is to develop and implement the Tele2 approach even further within three key areas; Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management and Talent Development to ensure maximum business impact.
Responsibilities include:
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
Support communication internally and externally for D&I and deliver training
Data driven analysis and action planning together with our business units
Manage events and external relationships
Performance Development
Support effective implementation of performance development in our business
Review and evaluate our approach and system to ensure continuous improvement
Train and communicate the approach to ensure awareness and increase capabilities
People review and succession
Support effective implementation of talent reviews in our business
Review and evaluate our approach and system to ensure continuous improvement
Maintains the top talent list for Tele2, follow up on development
Requirements
To be successful in the role....
Experience:
Bachelor education in Business Administration or similar university education
Minimum 5 years of experience within the talent space – made an impact in medium sized to large organizations before
Qualifications:
Driven – takes own initiatives and work independently, take a data driven approach
Result oriented - thrive in a result focused environment and like to work towards ambitious targets
Engagement and involvement – can create engagement and involvement around the talent topics among P&C and the business
Strong communication and presentation skills – like to present and facilitate discussions, as well as provide trainings
Planning and structure – can combine long term thinking with short term delivery, know how to deliver a strategic plan, develop an approach and then execute successfully
Builds relationships – builds strong relationships with business leaders and collaborates well
