Talent Manager

Our Client is a world leading company in the manufacturing industry, operating in almost 50 sites over the world with an annual sale of approximately 1 billon euros.This position is based at the head quarter in the South of Sweden. On behalf of our client we are looking for a Talent Manager who can develop and deliver the Talent Management Strategy which will align employee talents to the ambitious targets of this Global business. This visible and influential role is new and the job holder will be expected to make a key contribution to the development of a high performance culture. Reporting to the Executive Vice President HR and working with the Talent Management Committee the key tasks will be to: .Help to refine and implement the Group's strategy for all aspects of Talent Management including the key building blocks of Attract, Develop, Recruit and Retain .Develop and maintain Group Policies and Guidelines for Talent management .Ensure the Group has access to high quality training and development programmes, that meet the Talent Management objectives set by the Business and the individual Learning Plans .Ensure that these training and development programmes are delivered in the most effective way across all BA's and regions .Coordinate Employer Branding, Recruitment Advertising, and the Group's Internal job market The position as Talent Manager will also require project work related to HR and we estimate the time for this to be a third of a fulltime position. You have experience in strategic HR-thinking from the industry or consumer market.Your drive is to develop and implement a first class HR global approach and to develop human resource management linked to business objectives. As a person you are self- and outgoing and have the ability to see things in a larger perspective, you are also a talented communicator.
