As Talent Manager...
..your job is to manage a complete recruitment experience for our customers, partners and job-seekers - from deciding on hard skills to the selection, interviews, personality testing and search. You'll be the connecting party between the customer and the job applicants, providing both parties with the experience of their work-lifetimes.
You are...
a fan of everything recruitment! Honestly, cherishing your job is such an underrated ability. You recognize yourself as a recruitment generalist but possess some extra insights about tech roles. Over the years, we believe you've earned a calm assertiveness, something that has served you well in grit-testing situations. With that said, we think you are ready to settle down with us and work that assertiveness as only you can.
What we ask from you:
- 5+ years experience in recruitment and search
- Experience from tech and IT recruitment - please tell us more!
- Practice in managing processes independently
- English (written and spoken) - Swedish is nice too, but not a must
