You have5-10 years of experience working with Talent Management, including Succession.
5 years of experience in different parts of INKGA retailing INGKA core business/value chain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business leaders. You are a good problem solver. You have Strong experience in Project/programme management, including with cross-functional teams and external advisors. Highly developed written and spoken communication English skills
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
· Drive the implementation and execution of the Talent Operations agenda in the P&C Business Partnering function; including succession year cycle, talent operation processes and other succession pipeline initiatives; in order to accelerate succession for our key roles.
· Follow up and support the movement of key roles, monitor, and support diverse succession in the function by analysing and taking actions on talent review results and business performance results.
· Deliver continuous overview of ready successors for key roles to support global/ country/functions succession; by following up of future succession, assessment results and actions.
· Collaborate within P&C and cross-functional groups to build common ways of working and share best practices in the area of Talent Management.
· Responsible to produce and analyse global succession data in collaboration with the Talent Pipeline CoE team to support succession planning for present and future needs for Retail Key roles.
· Prepare, coordinate and co-lead the global People days for Retail Operations in close cooperation with the Talent Pipeline CoE team.
· Drive the development and implementation of relevant P&C communication and strategy projects related to Talent Operations and succession planning, as assigned
