To thrive in this role it's also required to have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IKEA (Retail) operations.
Experience in analysis data.
Knowledge from business change and transformation projects.
Experience as a line manager a plus.
Experience from indirect/informal leadership.
Experience from working with processes.
Experience of strategic planning.
Broad business knowledge.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As Talent Operations Project Leader you will act as operational support for the Talent manager and team to deliver projects that support the Talent approach & People strategy. Additionally, you may also have responsibility for a global business assignment/project connected to the people strategy/agenda.
You will:
Identify and propose improvement initiatives for ways of working and prepare basis for decision.
Lead, support or coordinate activities and projects identified in the roadmap and business plan.
Secure the best outcomes by collaborating cross-functionally within Group functions.
Follow up on Global P&C reporting deadlines.
Be part of the required team(s) meetings and needed forums contributing to the achievement of the projects assigned.
Support the development of Talent business plan and corresponding roadmap.
Actively participate and contribute to the business plan process and yearly calendar.
