As a Talent Partner in Trustly you work closely with our colleagues in all departments to attract top talents in the FinTech world. We are now looking for a driven, business-oriented and self motivated Talent Partner with a passion for talent acquisition and an ambition to take Trustly to new heights.
What you’ll do: As a Talent Partner you will positively influence the business by recruiting our future talent and business leaders in Europe. You will partner with our Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand their business context, their strategic challenges and opportunities and translate these needs into Talent acquisition initiatives. You will own the full life cycle of recruitment and support in developing efficient processes and strategies in order to be successful in attracting top talent. On the basis of your market expertise and analyses, you will advise and influence strategic business decisions.
Who you are:
● You are a talent expert knowing the ABC of a holistic inhouse recruitment process and act as a trusted partner to the business.
● You have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationship and is recognised as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and key stakeholders
● You constantly challenge the status quo, find pragmatic solutions and find new ways to engage with talent and deliver on projects.
● You take necessary decisions and anticipate actions.
● You know how to set priorities, work in a methodical, structured and efficient way.
● You are able to manage various projects in parallel and adapt to changing goals.
● You take a lot of pride in your work, willing to grasp and maintain focus on the big picture and to think ahead.
What we believe you'll bring:
● 3-5 years of recruiting experience with experience from in-house recruitment.
● Proven track record of driving processes forward, hands-on experience managing end-end recruitment, including search, with good business understanding.
● Ability to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure.
● International mind-set coming from working with various cultures and levels.
● Excellent in English in all forms of communication
