We have just started building our dream game and are looking for a Talent Partner. We have a genuine ambition to make something that is more than a game. In the GOALS universe games exist both on and off screen, blending football, fashion, esports and digital assets.

As a Talent Partner, you will help us identify, attract and engage fearless talent in order to add the necessary competence and personalities to help us build the world’s best football game.

Your focus will be hiring within tech, animation, art and design. You will also contribute towards developing our talent practices as a whole by setting the structure necessary as well as maintaining stakeholder management. You will work with all parts of the recruitment process and be the point of contact for various hiring managers. As you will be responsible for attracting and hiring exceptional talent, you need to be networking and increase awareness about GOALS as an attractive employer in the game industry.

Required experience (= job description)

- Full life cycle recruitment, specifically within tech and design.
- Creative sourcing in various channels (not only Linkedin!).
- Liaising with stakeholders and being the driving force in talent acquisition.
- Knowledge and understanding of building an organization with a diverse mix of people. Not the right person for the job, the right person for the company.
- Educating hiring managers and peers in general hiring principles.
- Implemented improvements such as design in recruitment processes as well as optimizing stakeholder communication forums.


To succeed and thrive in this role, you find the game industry and building organizations as the coolest thing to work with. Since we are a startup, things can change rapidly and you have no problem with throwing your ideas, from last week, out the window when another great idea arises.

About the Employment

The position is permanent, starting with 6 months of probationary employment. You can work from our Stockholm office, fully remote or hybrid. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English and that you can work in a timezone close to Stockholm (GMT 0-3 hours).

Recognizing there wasn’t a fast paced, competitive, multiplayer focused football game on the market we decided to change that. Let’s bring football into esports for real! Bridging the gap between the real world and the digital, we’re building something that is more than a game.
