What we do:
We’re currently building the Central H&M Brand TM function and together with the team, you will play a crucial part in creating a TM-ECO system including best practice tools and ways of working. As a Talent Partner, you will work both strategically and operationally, to ensure that our TM agenda is executed most effectively and efficiently. Apart from working jointly in the team, you will in this role be responsible to support that the TM agenda and goals are being implemented to support talent readiness for Senior leadership roles as well as business-critical roles within the HR function.
Job Description
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Talent partner - Senior leadership
Support the process of identifying current and future talent needs including; future competence requirements and overall gaps, key role readiness, and diverse representation for senior business-critical roles
Support as HR partner in the identification of future potentials
Act as a “go-to” person for Senior management in all talent-related questions
Be responsible to coordinate development activities for the identified potentials to accelerate readiness for senior business-critical leadership roles
Coordinate talent pipelines, succession planning, and talent talks for business-critical senior leadership roles together with Senior management
Talent partner – Human resources
Have a synthesized overview of current and future forecasted talent needs including competence requirements and overall gaps, key role readiness, and diverse representation for the H&M Brand HR function globally
Support in setting long and short-term recruitment forecasts for business-critical HR roles
Coordinate talent identification activities and proactively seek out forums where HR competencies can be found and attracted
Support in visualizing and sharing career paths for specific roles within the HR-field
Coordinate talent pipelines, development activities, and the succession planning process for business-critical HR roles globally

Besides your personality we see that you have:
5-7 years of experience of working with strategic Talent Management
Experience in working closely with senior leadership teams supporting in HR related questions
A genuine interest in talent management and a strong belief in the individual´s potential and their ability to grow and develop
Track record of driving HR projects from start to finish, from the overall picture to details, with an analytical mindset
Experience in setting, and supporting the implementation of strategies that support business results from an HR function
Excellent presentation and communication skills and you write and speak English fluently
Have experience in coaching and developing employees and leaders in a cross-functional setting and the ability to build trustful relations
