Arbetsbeskrivning
We are on a mission to become the leading force within property management and residential services. And we are looking for likeminded people to join us on this journey.
Several leading companies joined forces to form Odevo and have in less than three years grown the business more than tenfold to become a leading international player, managing more than 500 000 homes. Our ambition is to continue to grow at the same pace both organically and by attracting additional companies to join us both in Europe and on other continents.
Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class and buying a home is often the biggest investment a person will make, but the residential property management industry is lagging behind when it comes to customer focus and digitalization. That’s why we formed Odevo.
Our software is custom-made to simplify living and to make life easier for property owners, residents and property managers. We make difficult things easy to understand and automate time-consuming tasks so people can spend more time on things that they enjoy.
Even though we are big, for us it’s all about being outstanding. We aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we can grow as individuals and have fun achieving great things together.
To continue our ambitious growth journey, we are looking for more great people to join us. Are you one of them?
About the role
As we continue our global expansion, we’re looking to hire a Talent Partner for our growing recruitment team. Working with us, you will be joining a fast-growing company, small enough for you to play an essential role in shaping our way of working and building our teams but big enough to impact an entire industry. Our ambition is to create a workplace where our people are able to achieve great things together while having personal development and a challenger mindset in focus. Our headquarters are located in Stockholm, but we’re expanding internationally, with live operations already in Finland and the UK, and our plan is to enter at least two new continents this year.
As a Talent Partner, you’ll partner directly with our product and engineering teams to discover, recruit, and hire top talent across the entire Odevo organization. You’ll know the ins and outs of our key business objectives and plan how we’ll recruit the best people for our open positions. In addition, you will work with our pre-boarding, onboarding, and exit processes and be responsible for our employer branding strategies.

Experience
- At least three years of experience working as a recruiter. Today, you are preferably working with in-house or agency recruitment from where you bring knowledge of the latest trends and how to set up a high quality and efficient way of working.

- Demonstrated extensive knowledge about how to work proactively with talent attraction and employer branding.
