As Talent Partner in ABB Motion, you will play a vital role in creating value to our business units by attracting and recruiting new, talented employees.
You will be part of the Motion HR team and report to HR Manager. We can offer you a challenging, developing position with great possibilities to grow within the HR profession along side inspiring leaders and colleagues.
Your responsibilities
Working in close collaboration with business leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to gain insight into talent needs
Managing the entire recruitment process: planning recruitment campaigns, supporting managers to outline the role requirements, ensuring quality in job postings, creating shortlists, conducting interviews and providing post-event feedback
Proactively build external and internal talent pools to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline
Driving employer branding activities and analyzing recruitment data to ensure us being an attractive workplace
Actively highlight advancement opportunities for own employees to facilitate cross organizational moves
Contributing to reach our diversity targets together with hiring managers
Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources/similar
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting process, from a talent need to employment offer
Self-driven and efficient with the ability to influence others, while maintaining a focus on customer service
Curiosity about understanding other people and business drivers
A belief that smart people collaborate, you share our goal to have fun at work every day
