In this role as our Talent Pipeline Manager we believe you have at least +10 years of wide international HR process experience with great success stories from implementing talent acquisition strategies and high-level recruitments by leading through and together with others either as a leader or manager. Preferable in a global matrix organization with cross-functional stakeholder management.
Furthermore, you enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multidimensional environment and have the capability of pending between hands-on creation work to leading more tactical and strategic initiatives and processes.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In your everyday life with us you will be responsible for leading and developing Ingka Group Talent Pipeline approach. This includes framework and process as well as providing expertise in the design of targeted talent programs, solutions to accelerate the development of most talented co-workers and strengthen succession pipeline.


Your responsibilities would be:
• Focus on internal talent and to build a talent flow from the floor to our critical positions
• Identifying internal core functions where we need to increase talent flow and succession
• Drive the identification of pipeline and career paths towards the identified core functions
• Lead the work with talent spotting across the organisation which means that the team is responsible to go out to the local organisation and meet high potentials and talents in the stores and other units. The team is also responsible to organise talent days locally where individual co-workers can book a time and talk about their future opportunities
• High contributor in empowering the individual co-workers to be responsible for their career development and opportunities
• Developing, running and maintaining a high-quality Management Review process and Succession Planning together with different talent pools for identified core functions
• Develop and run assessment centers for current and future leaders. Ensures that development plans and actions, with recommendations, are created from the assessment results


As a manager, you will be leading a team of 3 people as Talent Leaders and report to a Talent Manager. The team is all located in Malmö and so will this position as well.
Travels can be applicable but only on occasional basis and mostly within Europe.
In this assignment, you will also be a part of the bigger team of Talent Management Leadership contributing across departments for best talent growth including Recruitment, Sourcing, Competence/Leadership and Learning development.
