About the role:
The People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization is a newly established function, building and sustaining world-class teams at Nasdaq. The P3 organization is the client facing team within People@Nasdaq that builds strategic partnership with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy and execution to ongoing consultation to building high performing and engaged teams.
TA Partners, Talent Sourcers, and People Partners work in close partnership as one delivery team. The EMEA team consists of 10 team members, located in Spain, UK, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden. As one team, we focus on strategic workforce planning, analytics, skill identification, talent attraction, hiring, diversity, and early career programs. In this constellation, you as a TA Sourcer will work in close partnership with the TA Partners primarily to define talent requirements and sourcing strategies to secure successful, efficient, and qualitative hiring to build excellent teams.
Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with the TA Partners to understand our client strategic needs, priorities and talent requirements.
Build external market intellegence of the talent landscape to understand how Nasdaq can attract top talent to build world class teams.
Utilize the market intellegence to build talent pipelines, engage with talent in different forums, create sourcing strategies
Work closely, not only with the TA Partners, but also with the rest of the People@Nasdaq organization, hiring managers and other internal and external stakeholders
Engage and assess the candidates in early stages to qualify the best talent to our ongoing searches, in addition to formulate and communicate benefits and hiring process in an exciting and unique way
Focus on diverse talent pool building to drive hiring quality through a stronger candidate segmentation
You will bring:
A degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
Recent graduate or some years of work experience from the Talent Acquisition space and/or Sales or other HR roles
Experience in using digital sourcing skills such as, LinkedIn, Boolean, and other internet sourcing techniques
Interest or expertise of identifying and using sourcing- and brand attraction tools and methodologies combined with great candidate experience and employer branding
Strong team player mind-set who thrives collaborating across teams, functions, and locations
Abilities to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high pace environment
It would be great if you have:
Experience working with data analytics
Work experience from the FinTech industry
Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
