What your role will be?
Your role as Talent Sourcer is to attract, source, assess and pre-select proactively the best internal and external talent in your respective geographic, EuroNorth (UK&I, Benelux, Nordics), enabling the business to deliver their strategy.


The challenges ahead
· Target, identify, engage and nurture candidate pipelines to anticipate business needs.
· Undertake analytics responsibilities
· Produce insightful talent market reports that include conclusions and recommendations for how to locate, target, and engage top talent
· Target, identify and engage prospective passive & active candidates & nurture 3DS talents pipelines
· Conduct initial pre-qualification meetings (via call or Zoom or face to face) assessing the professional background, the hard & soft skills and passion to join a high-growth business
· Deliver the best candidate experience throughout the entire sourcing and pipelining process
· Run efficiently the sourcing and pipelining process & tools ensuring knowledge sharing and capitalization among talent acquisition teams
· Learn from data and metrics to enhance 3DS sourcing and pipeline process and user experiences

Your key success factors
· Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business or Engineering School, or equivalent experience is a plus but we are open to other degrees
· Experience with sourcing and sourcing techniques (Boolean, Google CSE, LinkedIn, Chrome Extensions)
· Experience with Market Analysis methods and an interest in measuring and finding value and market trends is desirable
· English fluent: written and verbal
· Well versed with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Taleo preferred but not essential
· Social media and technology savvy
· Excellent communication skills and confidence in speak to internal stakeholders
· Team player who is able to build trusted relationships and deliver results
· Demonstrate ability to analyse information and create solutions to solve problems
· Previous experience of sourcing, recruiting and talent pipelining is desirable
