Hello Talent Sourcer!
We are growing and are looking for our new Talent Sourcer. This is an opportunity to join a new area at Humblebee and play a key part in growing our business.
What we’re looking for:
Nothing is more important than the uniquely talented people we bring together at Humblebee, so the role of Talent Sourcer is of paramount importance. This is a new role at Humblebee and you will be working closely together with our Talent Acquisition Lead in developing and building our recruitment and sourcing strategy.
As a Talent Sourcer your main responsibility will be to search for and engage with tech and design talent, getting them interested in opportunities at Humblebee and growing our talent pipeline. You will be using a variety of methods and tools, from Boolean search and messaging to working with events, meet-ups and social media content. And perhaps other methods that we haven’t thought of yet!
What we expect from you:
We believe that you are either newly graduated or have already worked for some time in recruiting. You probably have a background in HR or tech studies. What you have done previously is not the most important thing about you though! We are more interested in finding the right person.
To succeed in this role we think that you need to be a great people person who can easily connect with people from different backgrounds. We also think that you need to have an attention to detail and an ability to spot talent. As a Talent Sourcer you also need to be naturally curious and inquisitive and want to learn all there is to know about Humblebees business as well as your candidates skills.
You are as important as your skills
We employ people as much for their human traits as their competence and skill sets. We like good humans around us. We work in a collaborative environment (design sprints, development sprints, workshops with clients) and therefore we employ people who are empathetic, kind, patient and gracious. We are Humblebee.
