About the job

We are on the lookout for a Talent Sourcer to join our TA team and report to our Manager Talent Acquisition. As a Talent Sourcer you will work alongside with our TA specialist with focus on building candidate pipelines and pre-screening of candidates. You will also take on full responsibility for more junior recruitments, and potential grow into full responsibility working with a department within Polarium.

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will

- Partner with hiring managers and TA team members to understand short & long-term hiring needs
- Find potential candidates through various channels using relevant search techniques and tools
- Conduct screening calls, initiate reference checks, background checks

- Manage the referral pipeline
- Support with consultant intakes


About you

- Prior sourcing experience within talent acquisition, preferably within engineering or tech
- Ability to engage and activate passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, tools and channels
- Collaboration and communication skills to interface various stakeholders (e.g., TA team members, hiring managers, candidates)


You have

- Great communication skills; fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Analytical skills to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and optimize the sourcing strategy
- Highly organized and result-driven
- Proactive and goes beyond expectations
- Curious and comfortable to work in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Drive to navigate through ambiguity, anticipate the unknowns, follow-through and continue to learn
