We are looking for a Talent Sourcer for a company in Västerås. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Responsible for building talent pipelines of candidates within specific business areas, by sourcing, attracting, and pre-screening candidates. Focused on ensuring all talent pools are meeting our company’s diversity ambitions.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pools of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach to gauge candidate interest and assess basic qualifications.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and talent availability.
• Provide insights and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers based on market research.
• Craft compelling and personalized messages to engage with potential candidates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to build relationships and keep them informed about opportunities.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial screening process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other relevant databases.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, such as the number of sourced candidates, response rates, and conversion rates.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or HR related field
Skills:
A successful background in the direct sourcing, pipelining and recruiting of diversity candidates.
Sourcing strategy development and execution.
Strong research and market analysis skills.
Candidate engagement and relationship-building.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of different recruitment platforms and experience leveraging various tools to source candidates as well as manage relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Please note: Fluency in both English and Swedish is a requirement for this role.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
