We are now looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist that want to join our fantastic People Attraction and Development team here in Lund and contribute to our success journey forward!

Who is your future team?
The Talent Sourcing Specialist is a member of the People Attraction and Development team which consists of three functions; employer branding, recruitment and learning & development. This role operates in between the areas recruitment and employer branding and will have a central role in supporting Axis on our growth journey. Besides having an important purpose as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will also work with the greatest HR team there is. What you'll do here as a Talent Sourcing Specialist?
You will have the overall responsibility of supporting the business in searching for the right candidates in the market to join the Swedish organization in Axis. You will build up candidate pipelines for our different competence areas and contribute to our strong employer brand. In addition to this you will also:

* Have a close dialogue with our managers and HRBPs to identify needs
* Support our recruitment team in both writing and publishing ads as well as conducting interviews when needed
* Work in our system Workday Recruitment
* Being an employer brand ambassador both internally and externally
* Work together with the Employer Branding Specialist in local employer branding projects

Who are we looking for / Who are you?
We believe you are a driven, service-minded, and structured Talent Sourcing Specialist that love working with people. You can understand and translate business needs into actions in your area of responsibility and have a curious mindset and love to come up with creative ideas. You're a people's person and have a talent for interacting with a lot of different personalities and have excellent communication skills. You're motivated by working in a high-pace organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues and when you can give high-class service to the organization.

We´d love to hear that you have:

* A degree in Human Resources or equivalent
* 2 years' experience of a similar position
* Good knowledge of the recruitment process
* Experience of interviewing
* Experience of employer branding
* Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
