Talent Specialist

We're growing fast and are looking for a smart, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Team, based in Stockholm. As Talent Specialist, you will be a part of a fast growing organization with hubs in Paris, Cologne, New York, Singapore and Shanghai. You will be working full time, assisting the HR Business Partner EMEA with different administrative and coordinating tasks within the HR field. As a part of Universum?s Talent Team you will have the ability to develop your knowledge within HR and talent relations in a fun and innovative team.

You will be?
Working with administration and coordination of different tasks and processes within the HR field. Your responsibilities with typically include but are not limited to:

Talent acquisition and talent relations
You will work operationally with Universum?s recruitment processes, mainly towards the EMEA region. You will be involved in all stages of the process, from creating job ads to sourcing, screening and selection
You will be partly responsible for Universum?s external talent relations

Talent administration
You will be working operationally with all talent related administration related to:
Talent acquisition
Talent on-boarding
Talent mobility
Talent off-boarding

You have?
A Bachelor or Master degree, preferably within business or engineering
Just graduated or have up to one year of professional experience a
A passion for HR- and Talent related processes
An entrepreneurial mind- set meaning that you are solution focused and see challenges as a source of development
Great administrator and project manager skills meaning that you can create structure and handle many projects at the same time
Experience using PowerPoint and Excel
