TARENTO AB is looking for a Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and run automation scripts to test software (services, user interfaces and more)
Describe and investigate issues, bugs, and feedback as they arise
Design and use test automation frameworks
Define requirements on test automation tools, evaluate, select and implement
Guide and enable developers and testers in effective test automation
Work as a consultant on assignment for different clients spanning multiple business domains and hence would require work experience from at least three different business domains.
Always be proactive in learning emerging test automation and quality engineering technologies.


Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
5+ years test automation of services and user interfaces using at least three different test automation tools
3+ years test automation architecture experience defining requirements on test automation tools, selecting and implementing those tools for multiple teams
Extensive experience with test automation using C#, Python, SpecFlow and API testing
Good knowledge of Web services and REST / SOAP API.
Experience in setting up automated tests on CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Experience of working with both agile and waterfall methods.
Depth knowledge in proposing the test automation approaches and solutions for customers based on their technology stacks
Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency around deadlines and an ability to multitask
Experience of working closely with offshore teams (Preferably India)
At least 2 years of exposure to Swedish working culture & ecosystem.
Flexible to work in Nordic and Indian time zones as required (with remote teams)
An added advantage if you know Swedish and at least one Indian language.
