Tarento AB looking for a Lead Integration Strategist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Integration Strategist with a versatile skill set to create and manage solutions for business intelligence and Integration platforms. This role is part of the data integration team that includes Integration Strategists, Integration Developers, and Customer Success/Support roles; the team provides consultative, custom solution design supporting marketing and sales teams in a wide range of industries.
Integration Strategists expertly consult with our clients to design the best possible custom integration solution. Stellar communicators, Integration Strategists listen to the client, interpret their business needs and goals, and strategically advise them on the most efficient and effective business operations and system configurations. The Integration Strategist translates these requirements into a design that will become the blueprint for the solution. She/He needs to create consensus and understanding around the blueprint and communicate the approved plan to our developers. The Integration Strategist oversees the development of the solution -- all the way through to launch.
The ideal candidate should be both analytical and creative, possess a problem-solving aptitude and have the willingness and desire to learn the customer’s business requirements to develop a solution that meets their needs.
Strategic Consulting:
Lead exploratory discussions with clients to thoroughly uncover business requirements, restrictions, and opportunities
Work independently to analyze and prioritize requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and design a solution
Work with technical development team to validate feasibility of your solution
Create high-quality documentation for the client to utilize and share internally
Propose the solution to clients, advocating for the decisions made based on business requirements, technical limitations, and practicality/feasibility (cost or effort)
Be a resource for the developer and guide the development of the solution
Participate in UAT testing along with the customer, debug and troubleshoot defects and production incidents
With lessons learned on every project, assist with creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge bases



Desired Profile and Skill Set:
Excellent professional communication skills - both verbal and written
Negotiation, relationship and trust-building skills to manage up with clients
Comfortable with being thrown new technical challenges and navigating uncharted territory on new kinds of projects
Excellent experience in different integration platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Oracle SOA 12c, Snaplogic, Mulesoft
Ability to autonomously and professionally handle multiple projects (and their clients) in a fast-paced environment
Proficient writing and thorough, detail-oriented documentation skills; producing high-quality deliverables for clients and a willingness to contribute to team’s knowledge base
Training or software onboarding experience, enthusiasm to teach, coach, and train clients along the way
Experience of working closely with offshore teams (Preferably India)
At least 2 years of exposure to Swedish working culture & ecosystem.
Flexible to work in Nordic and Indian timezones as required (with remote teams)
An added advantage if you know one or two Indian languages.
Proven track record of successful product launches of web-based solutions.
Adept at quickly navigating organizational complexities and building credibility with senior leadership representing multiple functional disciplines.
Skilled at understanding market problems and developing strategic recommendations and solutions.
Strong business analytics, ability to identify a business need and write business, functional and technical requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal, client management and influencing skills.
Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency around deadlines and an ability to multitask
Flexible thinker, highly adaptable and able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
Approx 20-30% travel is required.
