About the position
TARGET DRIVEN HR MANAGER TO DHL SUPPLY CHAIN!
Do you allow your HR team to perform optimally with your enthusiasm and expertise? Then this is the ideal position for you! We are now looking for an HR Manager to join the team in Gothenburg.
As an HR Manager you implement winning strategy for superior HR services and customer satisfaction. In your hands the central HR policy is translated into operational goals and activities. One of the main focus areas is to ensure the development and implementation of DHL Supply Chain HR policies in country level. Your contribution is required in developing the central policies and various projects. You are a reliable partner for business, advising managers and directors in various people matters, and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, like the trade unions.
This position reports directly to the HR Lead Nordics. You are responsible for leading the whole HR team with 3 direct reports. You also have the business partner role for few specific sites in the area Sweden South. There are approximately 550 employees in Sweden.
You will work closely with Area Director and the management team of your area. Main location for this position is Gothenburg. Our head office is located in Stockholm, thus certain level of travelling is required in this role. Working remotely is also possible.
Responsibilities
-You manage and improve HR performance and bear responsibility for high-quality HR services.
- Lead, plan and implement annual activities according to the "HR year" (Salary review, development interviews, succession planning, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with laws and collective agreement
- Union relations and negotiation
- Recruitment
- You fulfill a strategic role in areas such as talent management, change management, individual and organizational development and the works council.
- You are responsible for specific sites in Sweden South area as a business partner, as well as leading the whole HR team in Sweden. Support to the Area management team and act HRBP for sites in Gothenburg/Trollhättan
Your profile
You are an HR heavyweight who enjoys working in a Matrix organization in global context. With your management qualities and ambition you want to take a step towards an HR role at management level. Our ideal candidate is a target driven, real People Manager with strategic thinking and experience in change processes and re-organizations. You have vision, you are innovative and you dare to give direction. Thanks to your communication skills, presentation skills and experience, you know how to set up and further develop the HR organization.
We also value:
- A relevant bachelor or master’s degree (preferably in HR or business administration)
- Oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages are considered an advantage.
- Solid experience in a general HR function and managerial position
- HR project management experience
