IKEA Components, Älmhult

This is an opportunity for you to work within the Accounting area and really get a grip of the whole flow. In our Accounting team we handle many tasks such as scanning and booking of supplier invoices, compiling monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet report and making analyses of figures. We also have the advantage to be near and work close to the business and this will also give YOU the opportunity to really get to know the connection between the figures and the business.

As an Accountant some of your main tasks will be:
? Support and perform invoice handling
? Perform part of the companies running book keeping
? Handling liquidity and currency issues
? Support and perform VAT accounting, vat bookings and file vat returns

We think you have a University degree in Economics or equivalent education/experience. Maybe you are in the beginning of your career and are looking for your next step?

To be able to succeed in this role we think you have good knowledge in accounting, VAT and the legal framework for accounting and tax. You have the ability to review and analyze financial documents and data. It is also important that you have a holistic view and are able to understand the connections between accounting and business implication. Since written and oral communication often is conducted in English you need to have good English skills. Good knowledge of Excel is vital and knowledge of the business systems M3 and Basware is a plus.
