In the role as Task leader you will lead the IKEA Components business agenda for new development and be the assigned contact person for IKEA of Sweden (IoS) within given area of responsibility. IKEA or IKEA Components is aiming to be the leading company within technique and construction and to develop next generation?s fitting solutions.

Your main responsibilities are:
?Actively steer to our selected range and solutions
?Collect and define IKEA of Sweden ( IOS) and product development center(PDC) DNE?s (demands, needs and expectations)
?Participate in different forums at IOS/PDC in the product development.
?Be the assigned contact person for new development for IKEA development suppliers
?Act as a project leader for the product development assignments within IKEA Components organization.
?Responsible for the offer process with IoS/PDC and our internal sales organization
?Lead the start up of new articles.
?Identify new business opportunities from IoS/PDC

Knowledge:
?Knowledge within project management.
?Knowledge of doing business
?Knowledge of IKEA product development process.
?Good knowledge of business aspects, supply and cost drivers.
?Knowledge of different production processes and material characteristics.
?Be updated about technical international standards and norms related to the furniture business
?Knowledge about technical components and functions
?English, spoken and written
