About the role  
Car Service Business is an organization within Volvo Cars with the purpose to enable an effortless car usage and service experience. 
The Integration Lead team’s drive car programs & transformative strategic tasks through complete value chain for Car Service Business.
This role is initially to drive Car Programs but will require to drive transformative tasks when needed.
In this role you will secure that spare parts (hardware and software), tools and methods are available for our customers.
What you will do
•    Increase speed in our car programs and our strategic transformative tasks.
•    Be a servant task leader to lead, support & coach our units and their product teams. 
•    Create car program clarity to our development teams so they have a clear picture of deliveries.
•    On a car program level secure that Car Service Business needs & requirements are communicated and driven to a decided state towards Engineering and our value chain. This to provide an excellent effortless car usage and service experience to our customers.
Who you are
You have a bachelor/master university degree in Engineering with a mindset of Business Administration or
other relevant education.
You have at least 5 years’ experience from technical project and program management and proven ability to drive for results.
In this work, you will handle a variety of tasks without a “one-size fits all approach”. Being able to adapt quickly 
comes natural to you. 
You are fluent in English, (verbal and written) and have excellent communication skills - communication will be on different levels with varies stakeholders.
Good presentations skill - Professional, convincing, and selling presentations where you will present complex information in a simple manner.
You are a strong collaborator, can openly relate to different people on all kinds of levels and eager to learn and drive for result with high passion.
