Task Leader Electric Drive

The department Electric Propulsion System Engineering is responsible for development of all major part of hybrid and electric vehicle systems. Sub-systems as HV Batteries, Electric Drives, Power supplies, Chargers etc. are some of our responsibilities. EPS is a new and expansive part within R&D where Electric Drive and Power Electronics with its El machines is the key to deliver competitive electrical propulsion systems. The team is skilled, innovative and has a high passion of the area.
As a Task Leader Electric Drive you will lead and coordinate the development work with internal partners and suppliers, securing project deliveries in accordance with the time, technique and cost (TTC) contract. In this position you will also initiate and assure that corrective actions are carried out when deviations occurs.
Main responsibilities
* Report prognosis, status and forecast for the project to project and line organization
* Ordering of development work, test objects and tooling
* Develop technical strategies and solutions as well as optimized work methods for future demands
* QA disciplines such as FMEAs, Robust Engineering, ISO 26262
* Participate in test activities and follow up on supplier verification
* Lead Technical Design reviews, internal and supplier joint reviews
* Cost and quality engineering
Required qualifications
* University degree within engineering or equivalent competence
* Experience from project management
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Drivers license B
* Relevant work experience relative to development of Electrical Machines, Electrical Drive Systems or Automotive R&D is meritorious
