In the role as Task leader you will lead the IKEA Components business agenda for new development and be the assigned contact person for IKEA of Sweden (IoS) within given area of responsibility.


Your assignment

Act as a project leader for the product development assignments within IKEA Components Organization.
Active steer to our selected range and solutions
Collect and define demands, needs and expectations in the development process
Be the assigned contact person for new development for IKEA
Responsible for the offer process to our internal sales organization
Initiate the start up of new articles

YOUR PROFILE

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
Good leadership capabilities and experience in project leading
Pro-active and methodical
Good technical understanding
Have an understanding for the business and offer process
Good communicating skills, ability to work closely with others
Strong relation skills
Knowledge of IKEA product development process.
Have an understanding of production processes
English, spoken and written
Share the IKEA basic values
Open minded for new ways of working
Questioning and Flexible
Positive attitude
