We are looking for a driven Tax Manager Group Tax Control with excellent analytical skills, who will take on the challenge to be part of shaping, developing, and implementing Essity’s overall tax control strategy globally. About the Role
As the Tax Manager Group Tax Control you will contribute to quality assurance and further development of Essity’s group tax accounting and reporting by using advanced tax accounting skills and technical skills. You will be involved in activities within the area of group tax control to enable the vision, ambition and the strategic objectives of the Tax Function and the Group Staff Finance Function as a whole.
The role reports to the Tax Director Group Tax Control at Essity and the location for this position is the Essity head office in Waterfront Building in Stockholm, Sweden or in our office in Mannheim.

What You Will Do
· Contribute to the development and implementation to enforce all tax control processes, policies and priorities for the group globally
· Provide technical expertise and advice on complex tax accounting and reporting issues
· Monitor and review quarterly and yearly group tax reporting to secure that accounting standards, other Essity policies and legal regulations are followed
· Maintain and further develop technical solutions used for management and compliance reporting of income tax and ensure that Essity continues to be a frontrunner within this area
· Be an active participant in Group tax initiatives/projects
· Be involved in monitoring and updating of the tax risk control framework
Who You Are
· Minimum 5 years of work experience within tax control area in a global environment.
· System knowledge and data analytics understanding on advanced level
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, on all organizational levels, on matters that may be complex and sensitive.
· Structured, organized and demonstrate the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Resourceful and enjoy working in a complex and dynamic environment
· Team player with high integrity and excellent collaboration skills.
· University Degree within Economics, Law or equivalent relevant area.
· Excellent skills in Office 365
· Fluent in English.
· Ability to travel
