We are looking for an experienced and driven TCMS Engineer with very good technical understanding and experience in type tests, maintenance, validation on vehicle level for TCMS software release etc. Tracon AB are a young, well-established company in growth, with operations primarily in Sweden but also globally.

TASKS
The engineering department is working on developing and redesigning existing solutions / products on special orders from our clients. The breadth of technical challenges for our TCMS engineers is great.

• On site TCMS engineering support during commissioning, testing and Homologation
• TCMS support for type tests, maintenance, validation, and FRACAS
• Testing on vehicle level for TCMS software releases
• Analysis of diagnostic data, investigating issues on train, analysing, and interpreting resulting data and providing reports on the TCMS
• Coordinate with system engineering, vehicle engineering and TCMS team for implementation of design changes and bug reporting


Since you will work both in teams and independently, great demands are placed on flexibility and we are looking for a person with drive and ideas and great commitment, sense of responsibility and with humility and adaptability to handle both large and small. As the company offers cutting-edge expertise in its field and must constantly be at the forefront, there are good opportunities for technological development, but it also requires its own responsibility, a broad technical understanding and extensive experience in the TCMS system.

BACKGROUND
We are looking for you with years of experience as an TCMS engineer. If you have experience in leading others in, for example, projects or if you have experience in personnel responsibility, it is considered a merit. Experience as an Electronic engineer as well as a vehicle engineering background is also considered a merit. Since you will work close to production, we see it as an advantage if you have experience working close to production. Basically, you have a post-secondary education in electronic, experience is considered equivalent. Since some documentation is in Swedish, we seek you with knowledge of Swedish as well as advance knowledge in English (since parts of the documentation are in English).
