Allmän information:

The International School of the Stockholm Region is a publicly funded international school in Stockholm.

The school runs the International Baccalaureate’s curricula.  The Primary Years Program (PYP) is offered to students from 5-11 years of age, the Middle Years Program (MYP) is offered to students from 11-16 and the Diploma Program (DP) is available for students from 16-19 year of age.  The school’s language of instruction is English for all subjects.

Tjänstebeskrivning:

ISSR is looking for a certified and experienced teacher to teach DP Economics or DP Business and Management in the IB Diploma Programme (DP). The position is a part-time position (20%).

Responsibilities include:

- Plan and document high quality learning experiences for students.
- Maintain an engaging and organized learning environment.
- Maintain ongoing parent/school communication regarding students’ development

Requirements:

- Certified teacher with a degree in Economics and/or Business and Management
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Other qualifications may also include:

- IB DP training and/or experience
- Strong IT competence with educational ICT tools
