Teachers for grade 4-9 - 2015/2016

Internationella Engelska Skolan is the largest free school organization in Sweden, with twentyfive schools across the country. Internationella Engelska Skolan Västerås has 656 students serving grades 4-9. The school is bilingual with instructions in both Swedish and English. We are located in Västerås, Sweden.

We are now looking for licensed teachers in following subjects to join our team:

Math yr. 4-9
Science yr. 4-9
English yr. 4-9
French yr. 4-9
Wood Craft yr. 4-9
Textiles yr. 4-9


We are looking for a motivated team players who are native English speakers, positive and cooperative. In addition to teaching meaningful and enjoyable lessons, all staff are expected to be well organized, take pride in their mentorship and other school duties and be good role models for our students.
You will follow the Swedish national curriculum, however, a working knowledge of the English language is mandatory as it is the language of the school.
