You will belong to our Communications Centre of Expertise (CCE) in Lund, which will provide internal communication services to our Operating Units and Corporate Functions as well as to our site communications in Lausanne, Lund and Modena.

Your primary tasks will be to support the CCE team with various administrative tasks.

You will be exposed to challenges at all levels. A high level of integrity and ability to work with employees from all levels in our company is therefore crucial. Since we know that you like to take the initiative, there will be opportunities to shape and develop the role.

Main responsibilities

-Support the Director and the CCE team with a variety of tasks, interacting with employees from all levels in our company.
-Everyday administration to ensure an effective and efficient CCE team has ample support (meeting management, calendar management, mail handling, maintaining holiday records, managing expenses etc.).
-Management of logistics (e.g. travel arrangements) for the team and diary management for the Director, CCE.
-Management of team subscriptions (e.g. magazines and memberships).
-Providing basic ad hoc administrative support for project work.
-Prepare and coordinate events and visits.


Qualifications

You are ambitious and drive for results. You are able to deliver at a high pace; comfortable with thinking ahead and making your own decisions. You are a real team player, truly service minded and take pride in what you deliver. Professional, proactive and structured, you keep your head cool when multi-tasking.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have several years of work experience from a similar role or a role requiring a high level of coordination and service. You have experience in dealing with senior management. You are skilled at time management and can effectively prioritize tasks whilst efficiently responding to urgent requests. High level diary, logistical and travel management skills are a must.

Excellence in spoken and written English and Swedish is a must, as well as advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
