About the position
Perido is looking for a Team Assistant for our client, an automobile company that bring mobility technology and solutions to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles. You will be a part of the Design Management Team and you report to the Executive Office Coordinator. The position is placed in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As the Design Management Team Assistant, you will support the Executive Office Coordinator and Design Core Team. You play a critical role in building relationships and coordinating among relevant Design stakeholders. Core activities include executive operations, support, and assistance as well as the management of “design board” executive reviews, communications, resources, and events. Your responsibilities will include:
Work with bilingual business, operational and design-related material and verbally assist in translating documents and sometimes in meetings
Correspond with internal and external business contacts
Manage schedules, appointments, travel accommodations and visa applications
Coordinate executive meetings and events of varying complexity
Communicate internally and create presentations materials and organizational charts
Conduct research and collect data for reports and documents
Discover and facilitate cross-studio synergies
Take meeting notes and make protocols/annotations

Qualifications:
Swedish high school degree or equal in social science, international studies, cultural studies, or public administration is required
2-3 years of experience from a multilingual business environment (Chinese/ English)
Microsoft Office skilled level
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required

Meritorious
Knowledge of Swedish
Academic background in Business Administration
Prior experience working with management teams and coordinating meetings
Great people management and networking/social skills
Experience in an automotive design organization

Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2023-10-01. Start 2023-05-08.
