Your role as Team Assistant
As a Team Assistant, you are part of a team consisting of 3 assistants. You have an important role for the business to flow as smoothly as possible. The role is varied, and you should enjoy and thrive at a high working pace. You will support the fundraising team based in Stockholm in a service-oriented, proactive, and prestigious way of working. The people you will support will need help coordinating calls/meetings, preparing material for meetings, handling receipts and travel arrangements.
Examples of duties and responsibilities included in the role:
Calendar management (responsibility for calendars including coordination and booking of internal and external calls/meetings in a professional and structured way)Booking extensive travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas and transport across different time zones etc.)Prepare and compile materials and presentationsSupport the assistant team where neededCoordinate conferences and events
Your qualifications
1-4 years of relevant experience of similar workExperience of work in an international environment and/or experience from financial services industry or other comparable is considered a benefitExperienced user of Microsoft office: Gmail /Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive
To succeed in this position, you have good communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, positive can-do attitude, flexible, structured and always ready to assist with high service. You are a team player who enjoys working with others and at the same time can independently and structurally push your work forward.
