Who are we looking for?
In the role as Team Coordinator, you are the glue that holds our educational activities together, acting as the hub between our participants and employees. You will use your solution-focused attitude and attention to detail to keep everything running smoothly.
With a passion for planning and executing new ideas, you'll work closely with our Education Excellence Manager to make sure our programs run seamlessly. Much of the work will take place over the phone, email and the company's IT system.
The role is a full-time position starting on March 15th (or as agreed upon)
Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling of staff
- Being the superuser of our scheduling system
- Coordination of educational courses & contact with participants
- Salary administration and being the go-to person for our employees for questions about working hours, payroll, sick leave, leave, etc.
We believe that you can learn most things and therefore put a lot of effort into the personal qualities that will be beneficial in the role.
To be successful in this role you need:
- Excellent English skills at a professional level, both verbally and in writing (Swedish is a plus)
- A structured and thorough approach to work
- The ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
- A goal-oriented mindset with focus on meeting deadlines
- Prior payroll administration experience is a plus, but not required.
