What you’ll do
We are the Digital Strategy and Execution team – a part of our Digital Core department. Our Business Capabilities and Departments are Transformation Office, Delivery Control Tower, Sourcing, Program Management, Growth & Team Enablement, India Teach Hub, Intelligent Automation and Digital Operation Excellence. We are now looking for a Project Lead that can join our Growth & Team Enablement team.
You will, in close sync with People Experience (PX), focus on ensuring that Digital Core is running globally on a solid and well understood recruitment process. You will create the Digital Core onboarding package and standardized onboarding sessions to create a premium first experience when joining Volvo Cars and reduce lead-time to improve productivity. You will set guidelines and support all digital people managers in ensuring a timely and streamlined on/offboarding execution.
In this role, it will be essential to have a clear focus on customer and organizational needs and to understand the drivers behind the business requirements. You will develop the collaboration between the People Experience department and Digital Core, and you’ll be the point of contact in dialogues regarding Team Enablement. Lastly, you will prepare, facilitate and be a key participant to take the department forward.
What you’ll bring
We believe that you have a background as Business Analyst, Project Manager or an equivalent tactical role. You probably work in an agile environment in a digital organization today. You have experience of working with products or projects involving international colleagues, on-and-off site. You know how to support initiatives that cover diverse and vast areas of the business.
You have high personal quality standards, understanding that the output will be delivered to senior management. Your communication skills are at a high level, and you have a constant focus on collaboration and a genuine interest in leadership and its challenges to be able to support managers.
We also think that you have:
· A creative mindset and thinking.
· A hands-on personality who can balance to set up ways of working and deliver with speed.
· An ability to voice and negotiate priorities.
· Great attention to details.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel.
