Behind one of our most important products, Data Intelligence Service, is a Team of 20 located at our Stockholm office. The Team consists of 3 individual teams where one of them, License Intelligence is now looking for a new Team Lead.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Team is very self-organized and performs best when given freedom and responsibility. You need to feel confident in delegating, coaching, supporting and painting the bigger picture rather than giving orders. The role as Team Lead is an operative role which means you sometimes roll up your sleeves and pitch in and sometimes you work more strategically with planning, development and coordinating with other Teams.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLSET

The right applicant will have:

• 2–3 years documented experience of leading a team
• An IT-education and/or a couple of years’ experience in IT
• Solid technical experience
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Swedish


It’s an advantage if you also have experience in license management and different license structures. Having worked with software inventory and/or agile development is beneficial.
