Team Lead EMEA Order to Cash

To support Mölnlycke’s next level of growth, and further develop the way we work in the Finance, IT and People/HR functions, Mölnlycke is establishing a new Global Business Services centre (GBS).
The GBS will be located at Mölnlycke’s headquarters in Gothenburg, complemented by two regional hubs: one in Americas and one in APAC. Once fully populated, the GBS, including the two hubs, will comprise some 100 people.
The launch of the GBS is planned for 1 March 2021 and we are actively recruiting for vacant positions!
At present we are looking for an EMEA Team Leader responsible for Order to Cash (OTC) who will manage daily team operations and perform general process activities within the dedicated region.
Your key accountabilities
Lead the daily work in the team by managing the flow of tasks.
Monitor team process performance metrics and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Identify early signs of issues and work proactively to remove them.
Responsible that all daily tasks are delivered as defined in SLA with GBS customers
Lead daily pulse/stand up meeting for the process area to share information, allocate resources and delegate tasks.
Escalate issues to the Head of OTC.
Perform accounting tasks/ Service Desk tasks according to the processes and procedures in place for GBS in general and the process area in particular.
Recruitment, preparation and follow up on salary and performance reviews for the team members.
Coordinate introduction of new team members
Coach and support the individuals of the process organization to ensure continuous development of needed competencies, efficient working methods and a stimulating working environment

Your Qualifications
Extensive financial/ accounting work experience.
University degree.
People mangement experience.
Proficient in all MS-Office applications.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience in life science industry is a plus.
