Job Description
The Lund eBike teams cover a wide range of technology areas such as embedded real-time systems, communication via CAN, BLE and cellular, displays and user interfaces on RTOS platforms, algorithm development including machine learning and interaction with cloud backend and mobile apps.
We are now looking for a team lead who has experience in software development in an agile set-up and is excited about enabling the team to perform at its best in the combine role of team lead and agile master:
You manage the embedded software development teams as an Agile Master (scrum master) within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) software program.
You are the software teams interface in the product development project and report to the main project manager.
As process owner you understand agile practices, methods and mindset and ensure the implementation of Scrum/Kanban in your team and you are the natural moderator of these agile ceremonies.
As servant leader you coach the scrum team to self-organize, self-manage to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
You are managing impediments by continuously identifying them and ensuring that they are tracked, removed, or escalated.
You protect the team from interferences from outside the team and ensure that the team remains focused on their committed work.
You ensure that team performance and results get measured and transparent to the team and all stakeholders by implementing and monitoring common metrics and KPIs.
You ensure close alignment of your teams with the whole software program and other scrum teams to support overall product and project management targets in the best possible way.





Qualifications
A successful candidate must be a team player with strong social skills as well as a cross-functional mindset, e.g. software/hardware/test. Furthermore, you have a strong drive, a “can-do” positive attitude and you take ownership of assignments and are keen to deliver on-time. You are motivated to continuously learn as well as sharing your knowledge openly.
Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
Technical background from product development.
Relevant experience as scrum master, team lead or project manager.
Great organizational and communication skill.
Experience of SAFe is a merit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
