Our Human Recourses Services (HRS) team is looking for an HRS team lead for Finland and Sweden to be based in one of the following countries: Finland, Sweden, or Lithuania. As a Team Lead, you will ensure that processes in responsibility area of employee lifecycle administration are delivered with efficiency and consistent positive customer experience, while enabling continuous improvements.
In this role you will lead an international team of 6 specialists and report to the Senior Manager - General HR Services. Under normal (non-pandemic) circumstances, this position includes some degree of travelling in Europe – usually few times a year.
Responsibilities of the job
Organize employee lifecycle administration's services for the world leading global company in sustainable stainless-steel business – Outokumpu;
Ensure consistent and positive process/tool experience to managers, employees and HR colleagues;
Create information and training materials in close cooperation with process owners;
Improve efficiency and quality of service in own expertise area, by working on continuous improvements and support process owners in process development;
Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements;
Provide reporting as required;
Support HR optimization projects with cross-disciplinary teams on international level.
About you
We expect you to be a self-driven, proactive person with hands on mentality. You are used to working in a fast-paced environment and can successfully handle a variety of tasks by organizing your work in a structured and systematic way. We also appreciate your communication skills and ability to build trusted business relationships.
Requirements for candidates
Bachelor’s degree and/or proven experience in HR / Operations;
At least 1-2 years in a senior or leadership role;
Fluent written and verbal English; at least B2 level in Finnish and/or Swedish language is a must;
Management skills;
Excellent MS-office skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Proactive approach in finding solutions and driving process improvements;
Customer service oriented.
